Skiathos is a green island with extremely beautiful beaches, where the famous writer Alexandros Papadiamandis was born. From Skiathos town to Koukounaries beach the ring road is 12km. In the middle of that road is situated the beautiful area of Kolios. Kolios is a resort that combines the stunning blue sea of the bay and the lush green countryside of the valley. Ideally situated with easy access to the whole of the island.

Xanthi studios are situated 100m from the main road, at the bus stop 15, and 150m from Kolios beach (one of over 60 beautiful beaches).
Our accommodation is in a perfect location for those of you who feel more energetic exploring some of our local walks in the forest and for bird watching.
The resort has a wide selection of tavernas and supermarkets.
